Terms And Conditions
When you book with us, we will ask that you complete a form which will include any necessary information we may need during your pet's stay, for example: your name,address, telephone number and vets details; as well as information regarding your pet's needs.

The following terms and conditions will apply, and your signature is required on arrival.

Tulip Tree boarding reserve the right to refuse admission to any animals showing signs of illness that have not been discussed prior to arrival

A deposit of 50% must be paid to secure your booking and this is only refundable if your booking is cancelled at least 3 months before the date your pet is due to arrive with us.

Should your pet need veterinary attention, we will attempt to contact you, and then we will transport them to a suitable vets. Any vets fees that are inured during their stay will be added to the final bill and must be paid in full before your pet can leave the premises.

Tulip Tree Boarding does not accept responsibility in the extremely unlikely event of illness/escape/death of your pet

If any animals are left uncollected for 7 days and we cannot contact you by any means, we will assume they have been abandoned and will hand them over to an animal charity.

If, while your pet is boarding with us, you wish to collect your pet before the date stated on you booking form, you are still required to pay the full amount.

If you are delayed in your collection of you pet, you will be charged for any extra days that they stay with us
